Recommended intake

Hygienic protective packaging
EPA & DHA, as highly unsaturated, long-chain fatty acids, are particularly sensitive to oxidation. This mainly happens when the fish oil is exposed to oxygen or water vapor. High-quality packaging is crucial to protect Omega-3 capsules from these factors during storage and prevent the introduction of harmful oxidized fatty acids.
We believe that containers or cans are unsuitable for packaging Omega-3 capsules. During storage, their lids are more permeable to the environmental factors mentioned above compared to high-quality blister packs. Containers or cans also have to be opened each time the capsule is taken, which allows oxygen and water vapor to enter the can. The Omegan 750 capsules are separated in the blister pack so that each capsule is optimally protected until it is taken and can withstand these influences during storage.
